Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join our fully remote team, work closely with the Quantitative Lead, and contribute to projects including the optimization of our validator operations on diverse networks, and deep research.

This is an exciting chance to work with and learn from a small, exceptional team with an established footprint in the staking space.

Responsibilities:

Network Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth, data-driven analysis of leading blockchain networks (Solana, Ethereum, Berachain, and TON) to uncover protocol trends, validator performance metrics, and network-level behaviors.
Validator Benchmarking: Develop and maintain comparative models to assess Chorus One's validator performance relative to peers, identifying areas for improvement and validating performance claims with robust data.
EVM & SOL-Specific Deep Dives: Drive focused research on EVM-compatible chains and Solana, with fluency in querying data, detecting patterns, and interpreting technical mechanisms unique to each ecosystem.
Collaborative Insight Generation: Partner with product, BD, and engineering teams to translate complex research into actionable insights, dashboards, and narratives that differentiate Chorus One in a competitive validator landscape.
