Responsibilities 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.
  • Develop and implement aggressive hiring strategies to meet the company’s rapid growth needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing, recruiting or headhunting, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) and recruitment software (Linkedin Recruiter).
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential
