Your Job

As a CTV Partnerships Manager, you will grow Sparteo’s revenue by building strategic demand-side partnerships with trading desks, DSPs, SSPs, international saleshouses and brands. You’ll be at the forefront of programmatic CTV expansion—shaping monetisation strategies, boosting buy-side adoption and championing our value proposition in key markets.

Demand Strategy & Growth Execution

  • Design and execute a CTV demand strategy aligned with Sparteo’s inventory and data stack.
  • Identify high-potential DSPs, trading desks, SSPs, international saleshouses and brands, leveraging your professional network to forge long-term relationships.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, QBRs and upsells.
  • Track performance metrics and optimise partnerships to scale revenue.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary Sparteo contact for programmatic CTV buyers.
  • Educate partners on Sparteo’s unique selling points—format innovation, brand safety and advanced data targeting.

Market Insights & Strategic Positioning

  • Analyse CTV buying trends and advise on pricing, formats and packaging.
  • Share insights internally to refine the product roadmap and monetisation tactics.
  • Represent Sparteo at industry events, elevating our profile among buy-side decision-makers.

Internal Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with DemandOps and Product team to guarantee operational excellence.
  • Establish structured feedback loops to evolve our demand-first CTV playbook.
  • Support new-business onboarding and campaign delivery to ensure flawless execution.


Your profile for this job

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising—ideally CTV, adtech partnership or SSP/DSP side sales.
  • Extensive professional network across SSPs, DSPs, trading desks, international saleshouses and agencies, enabling rapid door-opening and deal acceleration.
  • Deep understanding of the CTV landscape, SSP/DSP dynamics and media-buying mechanics.
  • Commercial mindset with compelling storytelling and strong negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign analysis and strategy.
  • Fluent in English (French or another European language is a plus).
  • Thrive in autonomous, fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
