German-Speaking Sales Development Representatives (Remote | SA-Based Only)

Location: Remote (South Africa-based only)

Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 (SA time)

About the Role:

We're on the hunt for ambitious, German-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join an international sales team that's scaling fast. If you're fluent in German (C1/C2) and looking to launch or grow your career in this is your moment.

From Trainee to Team Lead, we offer multiple entry points depending on your experience. You'll be working remotely in South Africa, engaging with clients across German-speaking countries and representing exciting global brands.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive outbound sales campaigns into German-speaking markets

  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms

  • Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments

  • Meet performance goals with full training and support

  • Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and activities

We're Hiring Across These Levels:

Trainee SDR

  • No sales experience needed

  • Must have a German school-leaving certificate or equivalent proof of fluency (C1/C2)

Junior SDR

  • ±1 year in sales, customer service, or lead generation

  • Strong communication skills in German

Mid-Level SDR

  • ±2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience

  • Confident using digital sales tools

Senior SDR

  • 3+ years in sales with a proven track record

  • Mentoring mindset and a self-starter attitude

SDR Team Lead / Manager

  • 4+ years in sales, 1+ in team leadership

  • Able to lead from the front and coach others

What You Need to Apply:
  • Native or near-native German fluency (C1/C2) spoken and written

  • Based in South Africa with reliable fibre internet (min. 20 Mbps)

  • Tech-literate and motivated to succeed in a remote setup

  • Great attitude, curiosity, and a passion for growth
