Our client is a global workforce solutions provider that delivers comprehensive talent management services. By leveraging advanced technology, expert consulting, and dedicated delivery teams, they help organizations streamline and optimize their talent acquisition and management processes.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our client's Business Intelligence (BI) team. This role involves the creation, delivery, and automation of key reports across multiple client programs. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the BI team and play a key role in transforming Excel-based reports into automated, scalable Power BI dashboards.

Description of Essential Duties and Functions
  • Create, maintain, and deliver accurate reports for various client programs using Excel and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with the client's BI team to understand current manual reporting structures and help transition them to automated Power BI reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports while maintaining a high level of accuracy and relevance.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to support business decision-making.
  • Understand client’s existing methodologies and apply Power BI knowledge to enhance reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather report requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charting.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, and Power Query.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to existing BI methodologies and reporting practices.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics, business metrics, and reporting workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with global teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management, especially in remote work environments.
  • Experience working with international teams or across time zones is a plus.
