Essential Requirements
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry within Real Estate, E-commerce, Finance, or related industries is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in data entry tools such as Excel, HubSpot, Slack.
  • Experience with CSV file management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet performance targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our real estate sales data. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our property listings, conducting quality assurance checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to grow within the property investment industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Data Entry: Manage real estate data entry tasks including property sales information for houses, land, townhouses, and apartments. Tasks include preparing stock lists, managing CSV files, and uploading property documents and images into the sales portal.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure the highest accuracy standards are met, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to user feedback and resolve data-related issues effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team leaders to track KPIs, report project status, and update internal documentation and SOPs.
  • Support During Peak Periods: Provide backup support during peak workload times, weekends, or staff absences to ensure smooth operations.
