PURPOSE: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Azure Agile Product Owner with a strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of Azure-based solutions and services, ensuring they align with client requirements and business goals. This position requires deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and MSP operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Product Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and translating them into a well-defined product backlog for Azure-based solutions and services.
• Azure Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services, architectures, and best practices to guide the development and implementation of Azure solutions for clients.
• MSP Experience: Leverage your MSP experience to ensure that the Azure solutions and services are designed, delivered, and managed with the highest level of service quality and efficiency, meeting agreed-upon SLAs. • Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile and Scrum principles to manage product development, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that sprint goals and timelines are met.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to refine product features, prioritize user stories, and facilitate communication to ensure successful project delivery.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with both client needs and business objectives, adapting it as necessary based on changing requirements or market conditions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet high-quality standards, both in terms of functionality and performance, by defining acceptance criteria and conducting testing as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, and work proactively to mitigate them, maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, release notes, and other relevant materials.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance and gather feedback from clients and end-users, using this information to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the Azure solutions and services.

MINIMUM SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
8+ Years of proven experience as a Product Owner in Azure cloud environments.
A solid understanding of Managed Service Provider operations and best
practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Azure Cloud Network or similar DevOps tools is a plus.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in Azure is advantageous.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Starting compensation: $175,000/year
