Job description

This is a remote position.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead both product discovery and delivery, ensuring we focus on solving the right problems and achieving impactful outcomes for our users. You will champion an outcome-driven and collaborative approach, working side by side with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to uncover real problems worth solving.
  • Define and measure product success based on meaningful customer and business impact, not just feature delivery.
  • Rapidly test and iterate on ideas with users to ensure we are building what matters most, reducing risk before full investment.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other partners to integrate diverse perspectives and expertise at every stage.
  • Stay informed on trends, customer needs, and the evolving competitive landscape.
  • Use analytics to guide product decisions, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the voice of the user, advocating for their needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure strong launch execution and drive broad customer adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product discovery: identifying and validating real customer problems, not just collecting feature requests.
  • Familiarity with product frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), Opportunity Solution Trees, Lean Startup, or similar.
  • Strong systems thinking skills—able to navigate and simplify complex workflows.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Proven record of delivering impactful products as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of strategies to drive product success and customer adoption.
  • Open to quarterly travel.

Good to Have:

  • Experience running A/B tests and other product experiments.
  • Ability to create and articulate a strategic product vision based on insights and data.
  • Experience with enterprise software development.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Product workshop facilitation experience.
  • Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Certifications in product management or data analytics.
