This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday

Job Description

Take on an exciting role as a virtual property management assistant where you’ll be the primary point of contact for current and prospective tenants. Using modern VOIP technology and communication tools, you’ll manage incoming inquiries, coordinate property-related communications, and ensure exceptional customer service. This position offers the perfect blend of customer service and property management, with opportunities to grow as the company expands its operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and messages through advanced VOIP system
  • Respond professionally to tenant and prospect inquiries
  • Manage initial rental property information requests
  • Process and coordinate maintenance communications
  • Document all interactions in the property management system
  • Follow up with tenants regarding various property matters
  • Maintain detailed communication records
  • Coordinate with the property management team
  • Handle time-sensitive communications
  • Assist with tenant relationship management
