The impact you will have:

As a Software Asset Management (SAM) Data Associate, you will work directly with Softchoice’s business teams and stakeholders to promote consistency, quality, integrity, and standardization of customer-facing data on our Softchoice SAM+ Hub. You will provide white-glove data updates for our strategic account base.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage and ensure the integrity of customer-facing data within our systems, and update customers' data to increase customer satisfaction

  • Perform data updates and maintenance with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and quality using various data sources

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on data requests and incidents

  • Participate in the development and documentation of data maintenance processes



Requirements


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of related experience in data management, including data collection and manipulation

  • Hands-on experience working with data in Salesforce

  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Customer service experience

  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting is a plus

  • Experience with SAP is a plus

  • Must be willing to work 9am-6pm Eastern Timezone
