What you’ll do:
Manage and ensure the integrity of customer-facing data within our systems, and update customers' data to increase customer satisfaction
Perform data updates and maintenance with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and quality using various data sources
Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on data requests and incidents
Participate in the development and documentation of data maintenance processes
What you’ll bring to the table:
2+ years of related experience in data management, including data collection and manipulation
Hands-on experience working with data in Salesforce
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Customer service experience
Knowledge of Power BI reporting is a plus
Experience with SAP is a plus
Must be willing to work 9am-6pm Eastern Timezone
