This is a remote position.

Role Title: Part-Time Project Manager - IV Pump Integration

Primary Epic Application(s): Anesthesia / Willow / ClinDoc

Start Date: July 2025

Location: Hawaii

Initial Contract Duration: 12 months

Travel Requirements: Fully remote (must be willing to work HST hours)

Job Details:

Client is looking for a part-time (0.5 FTE) Project Manager to oversee their IV pump integration project. Past Epic experience in Willow, Clin Doc, and/or Anesthesia is required. This role will be working with clinical, IT, and other operations, so should be someone willing to provide strong leadership, take initiative, build relationships, and facilitate decision-making. Must be willing to work HST (Hawaii) business hours. This is a 12 month project.

Requirements

5+ years of Epic experience (primarily Willow, ClinDoc, touches Anesthesia and technical teams)
Strong project management experience, specifically working with clinical, IT, and operations teams
Bonus for prior IV pump infusion experience
Experience working with IT infrastructure teams (network, security, ITSE, DB) is a plus and could have the potential to lead to increased hours
