Located in the Philippines, we engage and delight our customers through years of industry expertise.

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Website Project Manager to join our growing team. In this unique role, you'll play a vital role in leading day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects. But that's not all! You'll also provide critical support to the CEO, acting as a trusted point of contact and assisting with a variety of tasks.


The Website Project Manager leads the Web Development Team and the key person in planning, monitoring, and auditing ongoing projects to ensure that they are aligned with client requirements and project timelines.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects. We have meticulous processes to follow to ensure websites and content development is produced with quality and consistency. All you will have to do is follow a check off list for each task list and make sure the developers and/or content writers under you do the same and be sure tasks move to the right team members as quickly as possible and all necessary deliverable for a project are completed and submitted on time. Having knowledge of the WordPress website design and development process is important as you will be overseeing the development of many websites. Someone who is familiar with proper design and development will be considered for the position first.

As a Website Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various team members and our clients; you must be detail-oriented with strong management skills to ensure that the work process flows smoothly, and that our clients are EXTREMELY satisfied. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and make sure that all the tasks that are required each month by our team members are properly implemented to increase high customer satisfaction.

This position requires you to speak with our valued and hard-earned clients in the United States, so your English must be excellent. You will be in charge of website projects from start to finish, so you must be able to communicate with our clients to get their content, feedback, ideas, etc.

We utilize the ZOHO CRM. Experience using the ZOHO platform is a plus but not necessary as we will instruct the right person. You will need to be able to work in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end project management of all the new and current websites.
  • Monitor content creation process (blogs and service pages)
  • Manage website creation and launching
  • Schedule team meetings
  • Highlight potential risks or roadblocks and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new processes
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Constant communication with clients either via email or phone calls throughout the development phase (website changes in every step, site migration, etc.
  • Final checker and/or quality auditor of work done with the web developers.
  • Create the initial reports and do the other on-boarding steps (adding the site to Cloudflare, generation of Google Analytics property tag, creating the development site, assigning tasks, etc.)
  • Do the initial research and decide on the website architecture
  • Collaborate with the developers in designing the new mock-up
  • Review the keywords and the SEO strategy
  • Review the dev site before turning it over to the client for review
