Job Description
 

The Renewal Sales Manager will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to implement renewal strategies and maintain a sustainable renewal pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a renewal sales team and working with Sales leaders to develop renewal strategies and key processes.

Renewals are crucial to a company’s revenue stream, and the Renewals Manager must focus on achieving renewal targets while maintaining strong collaboration with Sales leadership.

In this role you can expect to...

  • Work closely with Geo leaders to refine our Renewals strategy/process and engagement with Sales & Customer Success.
  • Ensure that Renewal policies, procedures, and processes are understood and implemented consistently across functions.
  • Follow Corporate guidelines and accurately forecast current and future quarter renewal opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure alignment in our go-to-market strategy for Sales/Renewals.
  • Become knowledgeable about Sprinklr products and solutions, often re-selling the value and identifying future expansion opportunities.
  • Provide role clarity for team members and link departmental goals to the larger organization and Corporate Initiatives.
  • Create and deliver summaries of key performance metrics that help the Sales organization focus on Renewals execution & expansion, customer success, and account planning for Renewals.
  • Engage with field operations to analyze trends and performance, continually identifying efficiencies to achieve operational excellence.
  • Work with our Channels teams to drive growth and expansion through our partners.
  • Assist Sales and Renewals representatives with Renewals negotiations and strategic discussions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in support of Renewals, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.

  • Experience in scaling teams in a growth environment.
  • Ability to adapt and plan on the fly, delivering on both customer and organizational needs.
  • Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressure.
  • Experience creating employee-focused programs to drive engagement.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise software selling processes.

Compensation Range

$92,000 - $122,000 - $153,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
