Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Client Services team within regulatory communications. You will assist the team handling the day-to-day administrative operations of the client base, and will engage with clients directly on an as needed basis. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, and responsive individual with strong customer focus.

This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximately 5-6 months. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.  
 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update daily reporting

  • Manage daily/monthly SLA reviews

  • Assist with email/phone inquiries from clients

  • Partner with internal teams as needed

  • Support the Client Services team with regulatory distributions

  • Manage internal/external print requests

  • Assist with monitoring and updates to internal reporting/trackers
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' degree preferred but not required

  • 2-4 years of experience with Client Services administration

  • High attention to detail

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be available to work during the hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 Eastern Time
     

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
