Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the LATAM region.
    • Align sales strategies with company objectives and market opportunities, ensuring the team is equipped to meet business goals.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic accounts, establishing Kyriba as a trusted partner for financial solutions.
    • Drive strategic account planning and sales initiatives to maximize revenue potential and expand market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within prospective and existing clients.
  • Partnership and Ecosystem Development:
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with top global consulting firms and channel partners to enhance Kyriba’s market presence and solution delivery.
    • Develop and manage an ecosystem of partners to drive co-selling and solution implementation.
  • Market Expertise and Insights:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively position Kyriba’s value proposition.
    • Serve as an industry thought leader, representing Kyriba at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Sales Operations and Performance:
    • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and visibility in CRM systems.
    • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in sales processes, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and Track Record:
    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
    • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Experience in selling SaaS solutions to large corporations, with a background in treasury, finance, or related fields.
    • Experience in LATAM markets with a strong network and understanding of regional business dynamics.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish, English, and native Portuguese.
  • Education and Professional Development:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Administration, Economics, IT, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the LATAM region.
    • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
