We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Payroll Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv for a maternity leave cover (8–9 months), and help ensure accurate and timely payroll processes across our global operations.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a direct point of contact between Payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance department to reconcile payroll data and assist in monthly reporting.
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance, absences, and leaves of all types (sick, vacation, maternity, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with different types of employment agreements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary employees.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes with regard to payroll setup and final payments.
  • Assist with payroll audits and internal reviews as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a payroll role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Advantage: Experience working with international employees or managing payroll for workers outside of Israel.
