IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Develop and maintain features from scratch.
• Support product issue resolution teams with engineering support to determine root cause, and corrective action and see it through to production.
• Collaborate with other developers and quality assurance personnel.
• Work with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements

Requirements

Over 4 years of experience in mobile development, including at least 2 years with Flutter.

High proficiency in Dart language and the Flutter SDK (including state management, custom widgets, and animations).

Experience in native Android development (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) – an advantage.

In-depth understanding of Flutter for Web and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with CI/CD, unit testing, and version control using Git.

Experience working with Firebase, SQLite, or libraries for local data management.

Knowledge of architectural patterns such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or Clean Architecture.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Advantages:

Experience with Flutter Desktop or WebAssembly.

Contributions to open-source Flutter packages or active participation in the developer community.

Familiarity with analytics tools, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.

Knowledge of development processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
