Position Overview:

This role is pivotal in driving demand generation and partner enablement through our Global Partner Program. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing targeted marketing initiatives and resources that empower our worldwide partners to successfully market and sell Ceragon’s solutions. This role will report directly to our EMEA & APAC Field Marketing Manager, and requires close collaboration with the VP Global Channels, partner account managers, regional sales teams, and the central marketing organization.

What you’ll do: 

  • Collaborate with the partner team to develop and execute both regional and global partner marketing plans aligned with sales objectives and partner capabilities
  • Establish and implement ROI tracking processes for all partner marketing activities (including partner engagement rates, contribution to pipeline, marketing-sourced partner revenue, etc.)
  • Manage the allocation, tracking, and reporting of Market Development Funds (MDF) for partner marketing activities
  • Create, adapt, and manage partner-facing marketing collateral
  • Ensure all partner marketing materials align with Ceragon brand guidelines and messaging
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities for partner-focused events (e.g., regional partner events, online webinars, tradeshow participation, etc.)
  • Oversee the logistical and marketing aspects of securing sponsorships at relevant industry or partner events
  • Own the content strategy and day-to-day management of the Partner Portal, to ensure it is consistently updated with the latest marketing materials, training resources, etc.
  • Work to enhance Partner Portal usability and ensure partners can easily find the resources they need
  • Act as a key marketing contact for partners within the assigned region or globally
  • Work closely with Partner Account Managers to understand partner needs and drive marketing adoption
  • Collaborate with central marketing team (e.g., demand generation, product marketing, brand) to leverage and tailor global campaigns for the partner channel

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • A driven, entrepreneurial personality with 3-5 years’ experience in B2B partner/channel marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience developing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, with specific expertise in demand generation and partner marketing programs.
  • Strong project management and event planning skills
  • Ability to handle last minute changes and creatively resolve any on-site challenges that occur
  • Collaboration skills across teams to drive clear accountability and predictable results
  • Experience in tracking ROI for marketing programs and critical data analysis to consistently improve and create optimal initiatives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver world-class campaigns and marketing plans on schedule
  • Experience working with Marketing Development Funds (MDF) programs
  • Experience managing or contributing content to a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system or Partner Portal
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), as well as data analysis tools and techniques
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • English Proficiency - C1/C2 level
