We are currently searching for an SAP FICO Consultant:

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to Customer in the ongoing application support of their SAP solution
Support Globally in a multi vendor environment.
Should be ale to coordinate with offshore, support team and Users for tickets resolution
Should be able to work on implementation projects based on new opportunities
Coordinate with Business users and Support team
Ticket Resolution
Work on Service Request
Root Cause Analysis
Change Deployment
Batch jobs monitoring Taking corrective and proactive actions to avoid issues
Ticket documentation
Request involvement of SAP Product Support as necessary
Achieve defined SLAs define

Requirements:

8+ years of functional experience in Finance domain
Hands on SAP FICO configuration: Controlling Cost Centre Accounting Profit Centre Accounting Product Costing Profitability Analysis Project System Results Analysis Unsettled Costs Month End Close Overhead assessment and settlement
6 years of Experience in supporting SAP ERP and understand SLAs.
Good knowledge of integration between SAP modules
Consulting skills business process knowledge (end to end)
Incident Management
Service Management
Problem Management
Change Management

Languages:

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
