We are currently searching for a BA- finance:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and articulate business needs from diverse stakeholders
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as scrum master
• Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate on release management and project coordination

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
• Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros)
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master role
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong understanding of SDLC and BA best practices
• Familiarity with project management frameworks
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Desired:

• Private Equity industry experience
• Financial modeling expertise
• Experience with investment analysis tools

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
