Location:  Goleta, CA or remote

The Role

HOKA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Planning for our North America Direct-to-Consumer channels—someone who can connect strategy to action, data to decisions, and teams to results. In this role, you’ll shape and steer plans that fuel growth across eCommerce and retail, partnering cross-functionally to bring our brand and product to life for consumers. Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of 4–6 merchandise planners
  • Bridging commercial goals with operational capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-range strategic initiatives
  • Owning the creation and execution of DTC sales and inventory plans across channels
  • Driving agility by turning real-time insights into future-forward strategies, clearly communicating and actioning updates
  • Delivering compelling, data-driven presentations to senior leaders, including scenario planning and Go-to-Market recommendations

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 10+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance within a retail environment
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience managing a team of 4 or more
  • Hands-on experience managing both brick & mortar and eCommerce businesses with at least $300M in annual revenue (ideally a high growth business)
  • A proven ability to drive and deliver against financial targets through thoughtful analysis and planning
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in data-heavy environments

$155,000-$165,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
