We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team within a dynamic IT Sales environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a passion for analysis, capable of delivering clear & impactful reports and business insights to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Sales Leads, Managers, and Directors, providing essential data-driven support that directly shapes their strategic decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leverage strong analytical skills and independent judgment to interpret moderately complex business goals, identify trends, assess risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement through the collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Maintain, validate, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of reports, dashboards, and presentations, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency for the business.
  • Develop, interpret, and present data-driven insights, forecasts, and recommendations through clear, impactful presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, confidently addressing questions and providing insightful explanations.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and solutions to support client-facing teams, optimize operational processes, and contribute to overall business performance.
  • Manage moderately complex projects and assignments independently, with varying levels of complexity based on client size, data sources, reporting structures, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders - including Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Client Teams - to ensure the availability of high-quality, reliable data and actionable business insights.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders in planning, forecasting, and business analysis discussions, ensuring a deep understanding of client expectations and business priorities.
  • Work independently on routine assignments while actively seeking guidance and support for more complex projects as needed.
  • This is a Remote position, with standard working hours M/F 09:00 – 18:00.

What we’re looking for:

  • Highly proficient in reporting, analytics and presentation tools, including Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid knowledge of domain languages such as SQL Query, HIVE QL, with familiarity in working with OLTP/OLAP data structures.
  • Ability to apply moderately complex statistical methods (e.g. deviations, quartiles) for actionable business analysis.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive, communicative, and adaptable individual, with strong problem-solving abilities, presentation skills, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
