At DaVita Kidney Care, we believe that when we grow people, we grow our business. We’re looking for a Learning Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of teammate development programs that power our Talent Acquisition (TA) function… helping recruiters, leaders and TA Center of Excellence (COE) teammates shine at every step of the candidate journey.

This isn’t just a learning role. It’s a chance to shape the future of how we attract and grow top talent through scalable and strategic programming.

What You’ll Do

  • Design with Purpose: Build and implement high-impact learning programs aligned with DaVita’s values and strategic goals. Collaborate with SMEs on tools and content.
  • Lead and Launch: Own the full lifecycle of learning programs from concept to launch to continuous improvement. Manage LMS accounts, logistics, timelines, communication and metrics.
  • Coach and Influence: Be a trusted advisor, identifying development needs and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring forward fresh, creative approaches to elevate learning experiences. Problem solve time management needs with templates or toolkits.
  • Measure What Matters: Use feedback and data to evaluate and enhance program effectiveness.
  • High Collaboration: Partner with TA leaders, SMEs and Employer Brand to build learning experiences that meet real needs of a large team.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
In your first 90 days, youll bring your expertise and fresh perspective to assess, align and activate:

  • Assess and Align: Audit current TA learning content, onboarding and role-specific training. Review analytics where applicable. Identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships across TA and build trust as the go-to resource for learning.
  • Deliver Quick Wins: Launch or refresh one high-impact training.
  • Define the Roadmap: Create a 6-12 month learning roadmap aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes based on applicable personas (e.g. TA Leader, Tenured TA Teammate, New TA Teammate, etc.)

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

  • A Builder: You love creating programs from scratch or leveling-up existing ones with strategic enhancements.
  • A Collaborator: You believe great things happen through partnership and are known for bringing people together to make progress.
  • A Coach at Heart: You care deeply about helping others grow, and you know how to give feedback that builds confidence and clarity.
  • A High Performer: You set the bar high and follow through. You're organized, self-motivated and trusted to drive results.
  • An Advocate for Belonging: You design learning that reflects and supports an environment where everyone feels seen and valued.
