RewardOps is looking for a driven, results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and manage our affiliate program with strategic precision and an innovative mindset. Job Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment & Strategy
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners using a variety of channels including social networks, online marketplaces, and direct outreach.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our affiliate program and increase ROI.
Analyze market trends and competitor programs to identify new opportunities and improve program offerings.
Affiliate & Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliate partners, providing ongoing support and managing partnerships.
Re-engage inactive affiliates and deepen relationships with existing partners to drive growth.
Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, exclusive offers and marketing placements.
Coordinate with internal account teams to align affiliate activity with broader marketing initiatives.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional calendars.
Collaborate with key retailers and merchant partners to co-develop compelling offers and exclusive promotions tailored to our loyalty audiences.
Leverage affiliate and retailer insights to create high-performing, seasonal or event-driven marketing campaigns.
Track performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates) and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Fraud Prevention & Compliance
Monitor affiliate activity for compliance with program terms and conditions.
Flag and address suspicious behavior to protect program integrity and brand reputation.
Travel and Networking
Represent the company at relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential and existing affiliate partners.
Travel to meet with key strategic affiliate partners as needed to foster stronger collaborations and explore growth opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in affiliate and/or partnership marketing.
Proven success in growing and optimizing affiliate programs.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience collaborating with merchants or retailers to develop and promote offers.
Analytical thinker with experience in performance analysis and optimization using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or affiliate platforms (e.g., Ambassador, Impact, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
Nice to Have
Experience in loyalty, eCommerce, retail, or consumer electronics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
