Job description

Who We Are

Having surpassed $200M ARR and continuing to grow, AuditBoard is the leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform on the market. More than 50% of the Fortune 500, including 7 of the Fortune 10, leverage our award-winning technology to move their businesses forward with greater clarity and agility. And our customers love us: AuditBoard is top-rated on G2.com and Gartner Peer Insights.

At AuditBoard, we inspire each other to innovate and are proud of what we are producing. We spend each day thinking of new ways to help our customers and contribute to the greater good of our company and our surrounding communities. We are all about assisting each other and breaking through barriers to create the most loved audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform by our customers. This is how we have become one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for the sixth year in a row, as ranked by Deloitte!

Are you an Instructional Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys tackling ambiguity head-on, and loves turning complexity into clarity? At AuditBoard, we’re on a mission to empower our customers and partners through smart, engaging, role-specific learning experiences—and we’re looking for someone like you to help make that happen.

In this role, you won’t just build training content—you’ll shape how our customers learn, grow, and succeed. You’ll tackle creating courses from scratch aligned with product updates while continuing to improve our customer’s ongoing learning experience.

We’re looking for someone who brings more than a skillset—they bring initiative, curiosity, and the confidence to work independently. You’ll need at least 3-5 years of Instructional Design experience, a flexible mindset, and a willingness to dive into new tools and an evolving industry. You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas to the table and the ability to bring those ideas to life—without waiting for someone else to tell you where to start.

If you’re energized by the idea of being both the architect and the builder, and you love the idea of making a big impact with a small but mighty team—we want to hear from you.

Please share your portfolio when you apply!
