Job Title: Lead Security Administrator

Job Duties: Serve as the lead representative of a security administration team with focus on data loss prevention platforms that monitor, discover, and protect sensitive data across networks, endpoints, and cloud applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with key managed services stakeholders. Provide insight and feedback to product team for future enhancements, and report same to senior management team. Remain informed on security industry best practices, issues, trends and current and emerging technologies to provide guidance to customer senior management on relevance and financial impact. Engage with customers and stake holders to ensure satisfaction, provide guidance on best practice processes, deliver on-going security policy administration services, and identify improvement opportunities to help ensure successful adoption of solution. Shepherd team to deliver updates for: system policies and rules; health checks and monitoring; console configuration; customer engagement; and use case consultations. Serve as escalation point of contact for high priority issues and service requests. Position permits telecommuting from within the U.S.

Required education: none.

Required experience: 48 months of experience as Senior System Engineer; or Strategic Architect; or Strategic Manager; or related occupation.

Additional minimum requirements: work experience to include at least 48 months of the following:

  1. Data Loss Prevention services and solutions including Customer Policy administration, rule writing and use case enforcement;
  2. Microsoft Windows Server technology including SQL Server, SMS, MOM, IIS, specializing on security framework, XML scripting focusing on security framework;
  3. Python and Java scripting languages and application integrations APIs;
  4. Cloud Platforms, Linux, Mac scripting with focus on large scale customer deployments utilizing industry standard frameworks JAMF, SCCM for cloud data protection.

Certificates:

  • CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • CTIA – Certified Treat Intelligence Analyst

40 hours/ week. Worksite: Eden Prairie, MN. Salary $144,102/ year. EOE
