Position Overview

We’re looking for a Salesforce Architecture Manager to take ownership of the design, structure, and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a strategic role where you’ll shape the technical foundation of how data flows, processes scale, and teams execute across the entire revenue engine. You’ll lead our Salesforce developer(s), build the right execution team, and partner closely with departmental leaders to ensure the platform delivers value across the company.

Location: Remote (Preference for ET or CT time zones)

 

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the platform owner and thought leader for Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations.
  • Design, document, and maintain a scalable architecture that supports business growth and evolving processes.
  • Ensure consistency, security, and governance while allowing flexibility for team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Field Service, Marketing, and RevOps to translate business needs into streamlined workflows.
  • Optimize automations (Flows, Apex, Process Builders) for performance and maintainability.
  • Enhance Salesforce CPQ to support product configuration, quoting, renewals, and approvals.
  • Architect and oversee data flows, integrations, and data quality within Salesforce.
  • Build a roadmap for continuous improvement and ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership to Salesforce admins and developers, including mentoring and roadmap delivery.
  • Directly manage and grow the Salesforce team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

 

Who You Are:
  • Expert in CPQ technology and familiar with B2B SaaS sales motions.
  • 5+ years in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Confident communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration and agile project delivery.
  • Holder of relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, Advanced Admin).
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer l & ll Certifications
  • Highly skilled in Project Management

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Worked in fast-growing SaaS or industrial tech environments.
  • Familiarity with tools in our stack: HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chilipiper, 6sense.
  • Led data migration and data integrity initiatives.

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States. We are open to candidates from most states but collaboration within core working hours is required.
