About the Role

Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 per year
CodePath is at an inflection point as we launch our 5-year strategic plan to scale our organization in its next phase of exponential growth in order to increase our impact from 20,000 students to 100,000 students served annually.
To help accomplish this scale, we are hiring a Program Implementation Manager to support CodePath’s for-credit course implementation with university partner institutions. You will play a pivotal role on the CodePath Local team, helping to embed CodePath’s technical education model within university systems, align programming with academic pathways, and ensure high-quality student and faculty experiences.
The CodePath Local Team’s strategy is to enable universities to achieve a 100% paid technical internship rate for their computing students by deeply integrating our proven playbook to engage students in CodePath programming as a standard part of their college journey. Across all of our programs, we seek to build the best on-campus, cohort-based technical education program in the world by implementing a proven model of sequenced industry courses, collaborative learning, and wrap-around support with local college/university computing students.
In this role, you’ll work closely with university faculty, staff, and internal CodePath teams to support program launch, manage delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You’ll use your knowledge of CS education and strong project management skills to support a best-in-class, on-campus, cohort-based technical education program.
Key Activities
Launch Support and Strategic Integration
Collaborate with university faculty and staff to map CodePath courses to university curriculum requirements, course policies and syllabus requirements
Support the customization of course content and materials to meet institutional policies and requirements
Coordinate with the Marketing team to create outreach strategies that drive student engagement, faculty buy-in, and program visibility
Develop streamlined admissions and onboarding processes to ensure readiness of both students and faculty
Program Delivery and Optimization
Manage the creation or adaptation of course materials, ensuring alignment with program goals and university requirements
Monitor student progress and analyze performance data to identify areas for instructional and support improvements
Troubleshoot operational challenges proactively, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks
Ensure timely delivery and fidelity to CodePath’s quality standards and strategic objectives
Sustainability and Growth
Champion the program's value and outcomes to inspire lasting support from institutional support and industry partners
Contribute to regular program evaluations and apply data-informed recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance program quality and effectiveness
Foster program visibility by showcasing achievements, highlighting student success stories, and leveraging industry partnerships to attract future students and partners
Identify and assess opportunities to expand the program to additional cohorts, delivery models, or campuses within the local region
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of CS fundamentals demonstrated through work experience, projects, or education
Bachelor's degree in education, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program implementation
2+ years of experience managing concurrent projects, with competing timelines
Experienced relationship builder who deeply understands and connects with student and faculty needs, concerns, and motivations
Skilled in fostering collaboration through mutual respect, transparency, and clear communication
Demonstrated expertise in designing well-structured courses with logically sequenced content, defined learning objectives, and aligned assessments
Proficient in creating detailed and informative syllabi that communicate course goals, policies, and resources
Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks
Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, content management, user permissions, and basic platform customization

Compensation
CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a Manager level position at an annual salary of $85,000 to $110,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
