POSITION SUMMARY:  

Natera immediately needs a Sr. Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM across multiple products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft RPA etc.).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extensive Salesforce CRM expertise with deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, best practices, and experience across multiple products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
  • Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Proficiency in working with data within Salesforce, including exporting and importing data from a complex schema.
  • Ability to provide improvements on how applications and interfaces are being used.
  • Ability to build and debug complex flows and apex code.
  • Being individual contributor and a Sr. admin. Ability to run proof of concepts with technical teams
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including facilitating workshops, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales, Service Cloud, and Product Catalog (CPQ), Order Management, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or related technical fields
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end software development programs across multiple teams
  • Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and constantly changing environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming project challenges
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams composed of both technical and non-technical members
  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • SF Administrator (required)
  • SF Business Analyst (required)
  • SF Advanced Administrator (preferred)
  • Service cloud experience(Required)
  • CTI and Omni channel experience(Required)
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
