This client guides them through early compliance decisions and positions itself as the trusted partner to help them launch and scale effectively.

The Partnerships team is the first touchpoint for healthcare founders, medical groups, and clinicians exploring how the company can support their growth. About the Role

What the Role Entails:

- Researching prospective clients ahead of discovery calls to explore how the company’s services can support their goals.

- Meeting with prospective clients—typically founders, operators, or clinicians—and guiding them through how they can set up their practices compliantly.

- Helping clients get clarity on what they need to launch and scale—and showing them how the company can get them there.

- Evaluating client needs and offering solutions as to how the company can help them stay compliant, while scaling their businesses.

- Outlining partnership terms with prospective clients, aligning on the company’s scope of work, pricing, and timelines.

- Closing deals efficiently by addressing key concerns, confirming next steps, and setting clients up for a smooth onboarding experience.

- Maintaining strong client-relationships through frequent touchpoints to provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.

- Experience in client-facing roles - building trust, driving engagement, and inspiring confidence in individuals launching their practices.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.

- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
