Requirements

Position Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist at Zone IT Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads in the IT and Recruitment Services industry. Your role will play a critical part in driving our business forward by connecting with potential clients and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Utilize various techniques and tools to identify and target potential clients in the IT and Recruitment Services industry.
  2. Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute effective outbound email and cold-calling campaigns to engage with prospects and initiate discussions.
  3. Qualification: Assess and evaluate leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with our IT recruitment services.
  4. Building Relationships: Maintain regular communication with leads to build and nurture relationships, and provide ongoing assistance and support.
  5. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to further the sales process.
  6. CRM Management: Accurately record and update lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT or Recruitment Services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
