Job description

Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architectural Planning Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts within the architectural services sector. This role is essential for driving revenue growth, developing strategies to attract and retain clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of architectural planning solutions tailored to client needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the architectural planning space.
  • Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and client engagement, enhancing our presence in the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored architectural solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure that client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and prepare regular reports on sales performance for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the architectural or design industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design processes and planning regulations within the UK.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and lead a team in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
