Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Outpatient Therapist

Location: Albany, New York

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Requirements

Fully licensed LMHC in the state of New York (provisional or permit status not eligible at this time)
Clinically grounded in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or others)
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and managing digital documentation
Dedicated to delivering inclusive, anti-oppressive mental health care
