Job Opportunity: Technical Project Manager Software Development & Application Decomposition

We are looking for an experienced **Technical Project Manager** to lead and coordinate complex software development initiatives, including the decomposition of legacy applications into modern, scalable microservices. Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning through delivery.

* Oversee application decomposition workstreams within modernization programs, including migrating monolithic systems to microservices using the Strangler Pattern.

* Manage foundational services such as service-to-service authentication, application templates, shared libraries, and feature flag capabilities.

* Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with key stakeholders.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively.

* Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate when necessary to maintain project momentum.

* Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

* Produce high-quality status reports on a regular basis (weekly or biweekly).

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (ideally in technical or software environments).

* General understanding of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**, Git repositories, CI/CD tools, and modern cloud infrastructures.

* AWS Cloud experience (Cloud Practitioner or Associate level certification preferred).

* Proven ability to manage technical projects in ambiguous and evolving contexts.

* Strong communication skills in English (B2+ to C1 level).

* Experience handling conflict resolution and aligning cross-team goals.

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.

* Comfortable working in US time zones (Pacific to Eastern), with some flexibility to align with teams.
