We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Design and build scalable fullstack solutions using technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, and React.
Lead architectural planning for new systems and enhancements of existing systems, aligning with enterprise standards.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Implement API-first, composable architectures that integrate SaaS and in-house services.
Work with modern integration tools such as Mulesoft, Kafka, Kinesis, API Gateway, and Pub/Sub.
Design and optimize data models using both relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Elastic, MySQL).
Architect infrastructure for cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ensure security and scalability with authentication protocols like OAuth, OpenID, Token Auth, and Okta.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices, including code reviews and automated testing.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, driving team efficiency and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
7-10+ years of experience in fullstack development and enterprise architecture.
Strong background in designing secure, scalable, API-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with multiple tech stacks, especially .NET, Java, Node.js, and React.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and architecture.
Experience with integration patterns and event-driven systems.
Excellent English communication skills (B2+ C1).
Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Personal or open-source projects that showcase your technical leadership and initiative.
Previous involvement in feasibility studies, cost estimation, and architectural evaluations.
Desire to work in a multidisciplinary and cross-functional team.
