About the Role
Reporting to the Senior IT Operations & Technology Experience Manager, the IT Systems Analyst (III) is a solid contributor in a Global role, and is responsible for executing a broad range of technical and operational activities including gathering and transforming requirements into system design, support, manage and maintain systems, analyse data to identify existing problems and craft solutions.

The IT department is part of the Technology division supporting Envato employees located across Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and the United States. The purpose of the IT area is to provide sustainable and secure high quality technology experiences that enables staff to succeed. The team does this by collaborating as trusted partners with internal teams, innovating with automation, knowledge and support and providing platforms, tools and processes that empower staff capabilities.
What you'll be doingUnderstands and analyses business requirements in order to implement technical solutionsCollaborates within the team and across business groups to analyse and provide technology solutions to business problemsManages stakeholder interactions and expectationsSupports improvement activities for systems and business flows eg staff on-off board Acts as an Escalation point for IT support team for technical solutionsParticipates in IT related communication awareness and training activities covering hardware, applications, problem solving, knowledge management and cybersecurityLearns and applies problem solving methodologies and identifies continual improvement opportunitiesProvides guidance and training where appropriate on technology servicesTakes ownership of a specific piece of work within a technology process lifecycle or project in addition to BAU activities appropriate to skill level, seeking assistance and guidance from the team, more senior analysts, architects, and managers.About youBusiness analysis and Technical systems experience (3+ years)Required strong SaaS management experience of internal systems including: Okta, Okta Workflows, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Slack Enterprise Grid, Office 365, n8identity, the Access HubGlobal experience working across multiple countries and timezonesExperience providing IT support in environments subject to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, with an understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and their application in day-to-day support operations.Great customer service skills, with a customer centric mindsetExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong technical skills with both PC and Mac platformsGreat technical all-rounder, troubleshooter, generalistHave a great understanding of both hardware and software computer fundamentalsProactive, organised and able to communicate with customers and colleagues effectivelyDemonstrated ability to plan and prioritise processes and tasksSound ability to gather, analyse and interpret business needs and develop and configure appropriate software solutionsAbility to handle and resolve complex incidents and technical escalations from IT support teams.Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or industry experience or qualificationsAbility to speak Spanish would be advantageousLife at Envato
