Job description

The Role and What You’ll Do: 

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team. The successful candidate will support the Endeavor group, with a keen focus on people-experience and a mindset for continual improvement.

This role will report to our Senior Manager, HRIS Support and collaborate closely with the wider HRIS and HR Operations teams.

(Fixed term contract – 12 months, remote)

You Have These:

  • Ability to manage and maintain core Workday processes: eg: hiring, onboarding, termination, and job changes. 
  • Experience in reporting, recruitment, time & absence, and policy distribution within Workday.
  • Understanding of the learning, talent & performance modules.
  • Customer service focus when monitoring and responding to Workday support queries through the Help module; prioritize and escalate as needed.
  • Adaptable in designing and developing ad-hoc custom reports per business requirements.
  • Continuous improvement mindset for Workday change requests with thorough research, effective solutions, configuration, testing, and documentation aligned with audit practices.
  • Experience using Workday’s EIBs for event data loading.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interest in pursuing the latest release features.
  • Discreet and sensitive to HR data, its’ management and confidential nature. 

 We’d love if you also have these:  

  • Ability to lead the testing of designed HCM solutions ensuring defects are documented, tracked, and resolved and that configured solutions perform as expected and sign offs are in place. 
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to seek solutions independently using Workday Community and other resources. 
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through both instruction and self-training/research, investigation of complex issues and lifecycle testing.
  • Curious, change orientated and passionate about process improvement.
  • Able to use own initiative as well as working as part of a team

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$63,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$85,000 annually
