Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide.

We are looking for Germany Program Manager to join our team at Bagira. The role will manage our Infantry Programs in Germany. Based in the Germany, with national and international travel to meet other European customers, as required.

Responsibilities:

- Become an expert in the system capabilities and it’s operation, work closely with our training and support teams.

- Oversee the development and continuation of deployment of our Infantry Programs.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure continued project success.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through a willingness to support their needs.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, inline with our company values and standards.

 


Requirements

- Background in the German armed forces, preferably Infantry or Special Forces personnel, or similar experience.

- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in-and-out of military environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Willingness to travel internationally and engage with clients across Europe.

- Familiarity with simulation and on force defense training systems

- And a passion for innovation in military technology and training development. 

- German and English at mother tongue level
