The CRM & Data Systems Administrator will manage and maintain Allied’s CRM and related data systems. This role requires deep platform expertise and the ability to translate data into actionable ideas and create clear, visual guidelines. The Administrator will play a key role in growing and optimizing the CRM while supporting various projects aimed at system expansion. The role will ensure the CRM is effectively utilized and up to date, assisting with integration and back-end data management.
Essential Functions
Partner with external vendors and internal IT teams to oversee CRM system expansion, align with organizational goals, manage timelines, and review technical specifications. Act as the internal point of contact, coordinating cross-department efforts to ensure seamless system upgrades.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate business needs, prioritize new CRM features, conduct impact assessments, and manage the development pipeline to optimize CRM value.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights that inform CRM enhancements. Identify trends and user behaviors to improve engagement and system workflows.
Serve as the expert for troubleshooting CRM-related issues. Proactively monitor system performance, resolve user concerns, and implement fixes to maintain system reliability.
Lead the integration of data between the CRM and other systems. Ensure the accuracy and security of data flows, manage API connections, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new CRM users. Ensure full system utilization, create resources for continuous learning, and provide ongoing support for best practices.
Continuously assess the CRM’s infrastructure and workflows. Lead initiatives to optimize system performance, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiencies.
Provide expertise for CRM and data system-related projects, ensuring successful execution aligned with technical and business objectives.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in CRM administration.
Proficiency in CRM platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Preferred
CRM certification (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics certification) Preferred.
Experience with data integration tools and APIs Preferred
Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations Preferred
