Job description

Position Summary

The Revenue Enablement Specialist (Revenue Operations Specialist) will assist in the various functions of the client lifecycle. They will collaborate with Revenue Sales and Marketing leadership to coordinate new business intake; identify, manage, and nurture existing pipelines of business; and collaborate with our network partners for analytics delivery. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Proposals, as an integral component of the end-to-end sales process.

Essential Functions

  • Manage the new business intake mailbox, and facilitate the filing of the opportunity, completion of the RFP Form, and initial request to Revenue Operations for the ASO Quote and Proposal Team, if applicable.
  • Partner with the Revenue Sales Team to identify viable opportunities for follow up and re-engagement, facilitating follow up meetings and engaging internal experts to drive business conversion.
  • Own the process of Network Analytics requests. Hone and refine the current process to streamline and increase the ease of request, as well as provide oversight for this critical piece of the Proposal response. Take analytics and enhance the response to ensure we are articulating the network strategy as part of our solution presentation.
  • With the guidance of the Senior Manager, Proposals, become an internal Network Subject Matter Expert, expanding the RFP response database with content as it is gleaned from our Network Partners. Grow into a resource for the Revenue Sales and Marketing teams developing summaries of our Network rules of engagement.
  • Support special projects as needed, including but not limited to marketing collateral and white papers to support the proposal and sales process. May need to assist in client and broker follow up questions to drive new business closure.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience required.

Experience & Skills

  • At least 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated soft skills, including the ability to effectively interact, communicate, and work well as a team member with internal partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Self-starting and highly motivated a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and be self-motivated to drive tasks to completion.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
