As a Senior Associate, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Individual Disability Insurance, working closely with financial advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders to design, present, and implement personalized disability insurance solutions. You will also help cultivate strong carrier relationships, provide competitive analysis, and support sales initiatives to drive business growth.

Play a lead role in the management of individual disability insurance.

Responsibilities include:

Materially contributing to project management; monitoring progress against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards; and serving as day-today contact for clients
Proactively providing superior client service
Playing a key role in vendor interaction, implementation, and optimization activities
Managing Annual Benefit Increases for Individual Disability Insurance Clients. Including review of carrier quotes and implementation of benefit increases.
IDI Subject Matter Expert
Supporting the generation of new business by participating in prospecting opportunities as part of a broader team
Building relationships internally and collaborating effectively.
