About the Role

We're seeking a Team Lead to uphold and enhance the standards of our Loss Prevention Team. In this crucial role, you'll oversee quality assurance processes, implement performance metrics, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in theft detection. You'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards in loss prevention operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of remote agents evaluating and screening the outputs of loss prevention operations

  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and efficiency.

  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to enhance accuracy in theft detection.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize service quality.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to address quality-related challenges.

  • Identify trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements for better service delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.

  • Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations management.

  • Extensive experience in leading and coaching teams to uphold quality standards.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.

  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and data analysis software.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Availability to work during US business hours.

Tools & Technology
  • Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft 365

  • Quality Assurance: Data visualization and data analysis tools (MS Excel, Minitab, etc)

Bonus Points
  • Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail technology industries

  • Background in implementing quality control frameworks

  • Six Sigma trained or certified

  • Experience working in remote environments

Job Details

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Shifting schedule; may require occasional hours in the Eastern time zone

  • Starting Rate: $4.00-$5.00 per hour (depending on experience)
