Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring all equipment is functioning effectively
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Manage the P&L of the plant
Bring large scale transformations and strategic changes to drive the organisation on a huge growth path
Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the plant
Ensure safety regulations are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operation
Oversee plant infrastructure and equipment maintenance
Global stakeholder management
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
The Successful Applicant
B.E./B.Tech in Engineering from Tier I institute. MBA will be highly preferred
A minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial products or auto ancillaries
Thorough knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Vision and organisational leadership to run operations
Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
Excellent communication skills to manage the flow of information
