We're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms. You'll analyze performance data, optimize conversion rates, and collaborate with our design team to deliver measurable marketing results.
As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will be:
Manage and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance tracking.
Execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Demandbase, and other digital platforms.
Lead our social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn engagement and content distribution.
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Create data-driven reports and analytics to track campaign ROI and recommend optimizations.
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
Monitor campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on advertising investment.
Coordinate trade advertising initiatives and maintain consistent cross-platform messaging.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on paid media and social.
Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and audience targeting strategies.
Strong experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Working knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platforms.
Google Ads, Analytics, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications.
Background in life sciences or B2B technology industries.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Design skills with Canva for creating high-performing marketing assets.
Experience with AI marketing applications and prompt engineering.
