Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly assertive, detail & process oriented, AI Sales Engineer. In this role, the Sales Engineers will be involved in selling solutions that integrate AI into medical coding & auditing processes, such as automating coding workflows and providing real-time audits. This role will work with healthcare providers to understand their needs and then propose AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy in medical coding and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the technical expert in client meetings, demos, and proposals for Semantic Health’s AI-powered medical coding and auditing solutions.
  • Translate clinical, coding, and operational pain points into technical solutions using Semantic’s software.
  •  Partner with Sales Representatives to qualify, scope, and close complex enterprise deals.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations, technical proofs-of-concept, and RFP responses.
  • Provide domain expertise on CAC, CDI, and auditing processes, as well as AI implementation strategies.
  • Support onboarding and ensure smooth technical handoff to implementation or customer success teams.
