Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow TSM Developer to join our team. This role involves the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions with a specific focus on the Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in the ServiceNow platform and a deep understanding of its application within the telecommunications industry. This is a remote position open to candidates across India.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the complete lifecycle of ServiceNow TSM implementations, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on the TSM module, utilizing functionalities such as forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and access controls.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Apply a comprehensive understanding of TSM use cases and the underlying data model to develop effective solutions for telecommunications clients.
Implement and optimize TSM workspaces and applications to meet specific business requirements.
Configure and manage MID servers to facilitate integrations with external systems for data exchange and monitoring purposes.
Contribute to build activities and conduct technical reviews to ensure the quality and adherence to standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and implementation guides.
Address and resolve technical issues and contribute to platform enhancements.
Maintain awareness of current ServiceNow features and best practices relevant to the TSM domain.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.
At least 6 years of overall experience in the IT Industry.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module.
Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow Client and Server-side scripting (e.g., GlideForm, GlideRecord).
Thorough understanding and practical application of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, import sets, and transform maps within the ServiceNow platform.
In-depth knowledge of TSM use cases, data model, and processes relevant to the telecommunications sector.
Experience in configuring and utilizing TSM workspaces.
Hands-on experience with MID server configuration for system integrations.
Proven ability to contribute to build activities and perform technical reviews.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and independently within a remote team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
