About The Role

The Sales & Marketing Program Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for capturing inbound requests from sales, including but not limited to; presentation development, asset locations, swag requests, and content location, then coordinating deliverables across the marketing team via our Jira instance. You’ll track timelines, set clear expectations, and ensure regular updates to sales stakeholders. 

You’ll will take the lead on sales-facing content delivery, specifically PowerPoint presentation to ensure all materials are tailored, visually consistent, and brand-aligned in collaboration with our Creative Director & Director of MARCOM. Additionally, you’ll maintain and organize our SharePoint instance to keep assets easily accessible and up to date. 

Sales Liaison & Program Management 

  • Own intake process for sales-related marketing requests (e.g., asset location, swag requests, presentation help, tailored collateral, etc.) 
  • Set expectations on deliverables and timelines; keep requesters informed throughout the process 
  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to time-sensitive asks, i.e., customer decks, or vertical-specific materials 
  • Troubleshoot common issues like outdated links, missing files, or content misalignment across platforms 

Presentation & Content Delivery 

  • Develop and refine all sales presentations, including pitch decks, business reviews, and custom slides 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure messaging, branding, and data are aligned 
  • Maintain a library of sales-ready templates and slides for reuse in collaboration with Creative & MARCOM 

SharePoint & Asset Management 

  • Oversee structure, organization, and updates within the SharePoint instance 
  • Maintain a central source of truth for marketing and sales assets, ensuring accurate and current information 
  • Provide training or documentation for accessing and using materials 

Cross-Team Coordination 

  • Collaborate with marketing leads to understand timelines and capacity 
  • Align internal priorities with sales urgency and expectations 
  • Support campaign execution where sales alignment is required 
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience: 

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a marketing or sales coordinator or in a similar role  
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing 
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel and PowerPointand SharePoint 
  • Experience with Trello, SFDC and HubSpot a plus

Must be based in the United States.  

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $80,000- $90,000, plus opportunities for profit-sharing bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
