What is The Role

Are you an experienced Operations Program Manager with a passion for optimizing processes, working cross-functionally, and leading strategic programs within a dynamic Revenue Operations organization? If so, we invite you to join Elastic as a Program Manager within the Revops Services & Education team. In this role you will lead and oversee Services & Educational initiatives within our RevOps organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a passion for data and analytics, an interest in the Education space, the ability to facilitate collaboration between different teams & functions to drive the successful development and implementation of initiatives and programs.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Drive central initiatives and optimize processes: Complete strategic plans that align with the Services & Education team’s mission and goals, managing cross-functional projects, improving operational efficiency, and implementing scalable processes. Make recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Data and Analytics: Collect and maintain accurate data about Elastic’s On-Demand training, Instructor-Led Training, and Credentials to support the strategic roadmap. Analyze usage and trends, and assess the impact and effectiveness of our Training to inform continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Primary liaison and facilitator across multiple departments/functions (Marketing, Partners, Sales Field, IT, Finance, Revenue). Primary liaison between the Training Curriculum Team and the Training Delivery Team to ensure seamless integration of curriculum strategy and content into instructor-led training. Inclusive of daily communications and support for the Training helpdesk team.
  • Support credentialing program: Own the e2e lifecycle of Elastic credentials. Establish and document processes and policies for credential design and delivery. Facilitate system support to launch. Help ensure we optimize the credential program (maintain recency).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal teams and maintain clear and consistent communication with all partners, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
What You Bring 
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management and 2-3 years of experience in an Education organization
  • Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the Education technology landscape
  • Solutions-focused style possessing the ability to quickly change directions given new information or shifting priorities
  • Highly organized, analytical, data-driven, and experienced at crafting business plans and policies to support program decisions
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, engagement, and cross-functional partnership skills. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership in both written and verbal situations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using BigQuery. Familiarity with educational technologies and platforms is required. Familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment


Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.  This role does not have a variable compensation component.  

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.  In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below. 

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.  

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.  Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

$106,900$169,100 USD
The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is:
$128,200$202,700 USD
