Currently, we are seeking a Senior Systems Integrations Engineer to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:

Position Title: Senior Systems Integrations Engineer

Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing:

This critical role requires an experienced engineer with advanced expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EDI, iPaaS solutions like Boomi, and integration experience, particularly in logistics and supply chain. The role is designed for someone who is self-motivated, able to lead integration projects, and collaborate across teams to solve complex system integration challenges.

Integration Design & Development: Design and implementation of integration solutions, utilizing industry-standard platforms such as Boomi, Lightwell, and B2Bi.
EDI Management: Oversee and ensure the accuracy of EDI processes for seamless data exchange across systems and external partners.
API Development: Manage and create robust APIs for system integrations to ensure smooth communication across platforms.
Cloud Platform Management: Leverage cloud services like AWS (preferred) for platform operations, focusing on EC2 instances and load balancing to ensure smooth system functioning.
Project Leadership: Own and drive integration projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and project timelines.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop effective integration solutions.
Integration Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
Documentation & Process Management: Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, architecture, and data flows. Establish integration standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in systems integration, including strong EDI, API development, and iPaaS platforms experience (especially Boomi).
Proven track record of managing complex integration projects, particularly in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Expertise in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and mapping.
Proficiency in Boomi and other integration platforms such as Lightwell, B2Bi, or MuleSoft.
Strong knowledge of API design (RESTful, SOAP) and experience with cloud platforms, AWS (preferred) or Azure.
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data transformation tools.
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy) for integration tasks.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Experience with Oracle ERP and related integration processes.

Good to Have:

Certification in Boomi or other relevant integration platforms.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
