Job description

This is a remote position.

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to support a fast-paced and mission-driven online education company in the trauma recovery and wellness space. This organization delivers global programs and certifications that help individuals and practitioners accelerate their healing journey through a powerful blend of science, somatics, and integrative health practices.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to keep marketing projects, campaigns, and course launches running on time, on brand, and on point. You’ll be the go-to person for timelines, task management, and marketing operations—and a vital member of a collaborative, high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Timeline Management

  • Coordinate project timelines for course launches, campaigns, and email initiatives

  • Manage internal calendars and facilitate communication across marketing, ops, and creative teams

  • Proactively resolve roadblocks to keep campaigns moving forward

Campaign & Content Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and digital assets

  • Support development and delivery of marketing content: lead magnets, guides, affiliate materials, and more

  • Ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints

Launch Execution

  • Manage all logistics for course and event launches (registration pages, sales content, delivery schedules)

  • Maintain SOPs and templates to streamline recurring marketing processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth launch experience

Affiliate & Partner Support

  • Serve as liaison for affiliate and partner relationships during campaigns

  • Distribute marketing assets and track key deliverables and performance metrics

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and checklists

  • Deliver regular updates to leadership and provide post-launch analysis and insights

  • Identify opportunities for improved workflow efficiency and communication

Accountable Outcomes
  • Timely execution of all campaign and course-related projects

  • Clean workflows with minimal bottlenecks

  • Clear and consistent documentation of repeatable processes

  • Data-informed improvements to marketing effectiveness
